• Answers to the most frequently asked benefits questions are available at FAQs.
• Service bridging/recognition information will be provided during April.
• You can also ask questions yourself by sending an e-mail to employee.communications@cingular.com.
• You can check this web page for the latest benefits updates. We’ll also send out printed updates from time to time. Keep them handy for future reference in the back pocket of the brochure you’ll get in a few weeks.
• In May, we’ll mail information to your home regarding transition issues specific to your parent company benefits.
• You can access the latest benefits developments and get your questions answered by logging in to the “Ask the Benefits Experts Web Chat”. Look for information and times in Cingular Voice.
• We’ll hold special transition meetings to discuss Cingular retirement benefits with long-service employees who meet certain age and service requirements.
• We’ll highlight some of the non-traditional “Expressing Your Edge” and “An Edge in Life” benefits in Cingular Voice.
• Starting this Summer, you can get the latest on your benefits during the Cingular Edge Employee Benefit Road Shows. Check out Cingular Voice for locations and times.
• You’ll learn about the new Cingular benefit vendors and why they were selected in Cingular Voice.
• To help you maximize your personal savings and understand the important investment decisions you need to make, we’ll bring financial education consultants onsite in August. This will give you more information about your new Cingular 401(k) Savings Plan investment funds, and how your current investments will be transitioned to the new plan. • Through our benefits partner, Fidelity Investments, you’ll have access later this year to some of the best web-based investing tools in the business to help you make your decisions. You’ll see more about these services in Cingular Voice.

What if I Still Have Questions?

• If you have questions about the Cingular benefit programs or specific transition items, send an e-mail to employee.communications@cingular.com. When possible, responses will be e-mailed directly to you. General questions will be included on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section of this web site and Cingular Voice. Look for them there!
• If you have questions about your current benefits, please contact the resources available in your parent company’s human resources or benefit departments for answers.
• Remember… you are still covered under your current company’s benefits programs so make sure you keep up with any changes to those programs.
